Roger L. Perkins builds homes across California’s Central Valley as a licensed California general contractor. On Point Design Construction Inc. is his design-build firm — custom homes, whole-home renovations and additions, multifamily and commercial work, and the structural repair scopes most contractors hand off, where the work is measured by how it's built, not how fast it's turned over.
What sets Roger apart is that he does both sides of the work. He is a licensed California general contractor (CSLB #1105082) who also inspects real estate — so he knows what fails, where, and why. He builds to catch it first: square framing, correct load paths, and structural verification before anything is closed in.
He is a father, a licensed contractor, an inspector, and a meticulous craftsman — and every project carries the standard those roles demand. Design it. Build it to tolerance. Verify it's done right.
