Two scopes we are asked about most often, and two of the places where water and structure do the most damage when they are left alone. Both are handled with the same written scopes and documentation as our larger building work.
Leak investigation that finds the actual source, dry-rot and roof-deck repair, flashing and drainage details, and honest planning when a covering has reached the end of its life.

Projects start with a written scope and an itemized estimate. Allowances, exclusions and sequence are stated in the documents, so the work is defined before it begins.
When conditions differ from the plan, the scope change, cost and schedule impact are put in writing and approved before that work proceeds.
We also inspect buildings, so framing, flashing and structural details are checked as the work goes in rather than after close-in. Licensed by the CSLB, #1105082.

Findings are written up with photographs and priorities explained in plain language. The depth of the inspection and the deliverable depend on the property and the reason for the inspection, so both are agreed in advance. Repairs identified can be scoped separately if you want them handled.
