Roger L. Perkins has spent more than 25 years building homes across California's Central Valley. On Point Design Construction Inc. is his custom design-build firm — focused on one-of-a-kind homes, whole-home renovations, and additions where the work is measured by how it's built, not how fast it's turned over.
What sets Roger apart is a second set of credentials. He is both a licensed California general contractor (CSLB #1105082) and an InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector — a career built inspecting real estate as well as building it. He knows exactly what fails, where, and why. So he builds to catch it first: square framing, correct load paths, structural verification before anything is closed in.
